Visa Information
SCF 2026 Organizing Committee will support participants by providing visa-related documents necessary to attend the conference. Please note that the Organizing Committee does not issue visas themselves.
Visa invitation letters will only be issued to individuals who are fully registered for SCF 2026. We are unable to provide invitation letters to unregistered individuals.
Visa invitation letters will only be issued after registration and full payment have been completed. To request a visa invitation letter, please select the corresponding checkbox on the registration form at the time of registration. Alternatively, requests may also be submitted later through the contact form.
All visa invitation letter requests must be submitted via the designated registration form by [Submission Deadline: 22 November 2026]. Requests submitted after this date may not be processed in time.
Please note that the following fees apply:
- Invitation Letter: JPY 6,000
- Full Visa Document Package: JPY 30,000
Includes invitation letter, letter of reason for invitation, schedule of stay, letter of guarantee, and certificate of employment.
*Please note that documents are issued in PDF format as a general rule. If you require a physical copy, please contact the agency directly.
* Please allow up to 10 business days to receive letters. All requests are handled in the order they are received.
SCF 2026 Organizing Committee assumes no responsibility if a visa is denied.
