Visa Information
ACM will support participants by providing the necessary visa documents to attend SCF 2026. Please note that ACM cannot issue visas directly, as visa issuance is solely under the authority of the embassy/consulate.
Please note that visa support is provided only to fully registered participants after registration and payment have been completed.
How to Request:
- When registering, please make sure to select the option indicating that you require visa support.
- Once your registration and payment are complete, please fill out your details via this form: https://supportletters.acm.org/.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Current postal mailing address
- Name of the conference you are registering for
- Registration confirmation number
- Title of your presentation (if applicable)
Processing may take up to 10 business days, and all requests are handled in the order they are received.
ACM assumes no responsibility if a visa is denied.
